Domicile, oh domicile...
Where for art thou domicile?
Unlocking doors is great, but representing you as a buyer means a lot more than showing you a few homes. My day doesn't end until I've done everything I can to move your objective forward, starting with gaining an intimate knowledge of what "home sweet home" means for you. So put away the Google searches, rest your Zillow-fatigued eyes, and leave the hard stuff up to me.

the buying process
The first thing we'll do is sit down together to discuss your "wants and needs" list for a home. Once I know what's important to you, I'll get to work pre-screening listings on a daily basis and send you the best selections as soon as they're available. I'll be there at the drop of a hat for showings, writing competitive offers, and re-negotiations throughout the early stages. Once in contract, I'll help coordinate third parties such as home inspectors, appraisers, and repair contractors, along with keeping communication open with all parties and you in the know at all times.

This trendy little quadrant of Portland has a distinctly "tucked away" vibe and its residents wear their N Portland title as a badge of pride. Full of locally-owned businesses, this community feels very intimate and locals go out of their way to help, support, and get to know one another. Bordered on either side by the Columbia and Willamette rivers and home to a dedicated wetlands area, this neighborhood has great options for hanging out by the water, water access for boating, or just taking in some gorgeous watery views. Take in the incomparable St.John's Bridge, catch the annual jazz festival, enjoy a delicious picnic at Cathedral Park, or eat and drink your way down N Mississippi in the well-known Boise district. This area has seen huge growth over the past ten years, with no signs of slowing down any time soon.

OUTSIDE
The "Portland metro" area includes a lot more than just the five major districts of Portland proper. These outlying area are typically more suburban-feeling neighborhoods or rural areas. While the disparity isn't huge, these homes often have a slightly lower price point than technical "Portland" addresses. If you're looking for a more affordable home and possibly some property, one of these areas may be a good fit for you.
