Forget going out, let's stay in.

Find a home you can grow in WITH A REALTOR who knows YOUR four walls are made for LOVE, comfort, and perfect sunday PANCAKES.

Making a home is a curious thing. From the outside looking in, it seems simple - four walls, a roof, and there you have it. But your home isn't just a place...it's also a feeling. It's a safe haven for your treasured memories and keepsakes. It's where you go for rest, acceptance, and renewed energy. It's knowing you can spend a whole Sunday afternoon building the world's most epic blanket fort with your kids (or your dog, no judgement) and it'll go down in history as one of my greatest rainy days ever lived. As your home specialist, I get that, which makes it my mission to connect you to spaces that gives you that special feeling. So, let's roll up our sleeves and draft some blanket fort blueprints.

There are few things more exciting than making that all-important decision to begin house-hunting. Making that first mental commitment is about more than finding a sweet new shoe closet, it's about bringing your

future into sharp focus. If it's time to make that move,

let's make sure you've got all the right

ingredients to make the perfect

home recipe. *chefs kiss*

Let's be totally real...

selling a home is a lot of stinkin' work.

You have to find the right agent, fix the little odds and

ends, stage the home, list the home, market the home, show the

home. Then once it's claimed, the work continues! Whew. It's a lot to try and handle without expert help. My mission? Take as much work off

your plate as humanly possible, so you still have time for, you know...work.

We cannot express enough gratitude to Sarah for guiding us through our sight unseen purchase of our new home in Milwaukie, Or. From the FaceTime walk throughs, Docusigns, inspections, and seller interactions, Sarah was always professional, responsive, personable, honest, and our physical presence. Sarah was aware of the situation we were in, coming from out of state, trying to time movers, the closing of escrow, and keeping tabs on the sale of our existing home. Thank you Sarah for making our transition seamless, for the time consuming walk-throughs and inspections, for going to bat for us when it looked as if it would all fall apart, in helping to make it all possible.

Portland Oregon Realtor

Hi!I'm Sarah Ruffner.

a little about me

OR, IN OTHER WORDS: HOW

"ME" AFFECTS "YOU"

('CAUSE that's WHY WE'RE REALLY HERE)

If you'd told me 12 years ago I'd be selling 50+ homes a year to incredible clients of every background in one of the greatest architectural cities in the country, I'd have high-fived the nearest person, thanked my mental vision board, and buckled in for the road ahead. From the moment I obtained my licensed, I always pictured my mission to serve and advocate for my community leading me to this exact moment.

More than a decade (and hundreds of transactions) later, if there's one thing I've learned, it's that nothing - and I mean nothing - stops passion. If it's time to shake things up and make moves in your housing world, I want to close the space between where you are and where you'd like to be. That, my friend, is my passion.
